Possibly fat-finger or Specsavers necessary for the backer. For me it was the opposite eg set a lay for 1.35 but unmatched despite horse touched 1.32 in-running. Of course, the horse did not win; inside job gratifying themselves.
Happened to me in the Ces many years ago GC just as the opened, got laid 1.01 on a 33/1 shot for a monkey. Fat fingers or glitch I know not but happy to accept.
