as i tell everyone, result is irrelevant if beating price.
denise knows if you're betting 5/4 shots at 4/1 you will ultimately shaft her long-term. even if the first few lose.
so it's goodbye.

Kerry Dixon comes on at ht at Chelsea. Used to come in my shop regualrly. Back in those days you could bet to win £1000-£2,000 on athletics no problem. 36 years later H/lls to win limit is £200

Easy in those days they'd take virtually anything , only just over £5k liability which seemed nothing then as Clydebank says.
Plenty of £250 e/way horse bets at prices above 20/1 as well as long as they weren't bad e/way bets , can't quite believe the change.

didn't have a guaranteed income stream from fobt's et al in 1987 so probably standing at the door asking you to come in and gamble. now they have that, they don't need mainstream gamblers any more. of course, what they pedal now is massively addictive, resulting in people losing fortunes and everyone getting blighted as a problem gambler. affordability check to get a tenner on a horse cos they successfully got someone addicted to Forge of Fortunes and he blew his life savings. As if that wasn't exactly what they set out to do
Coates is on a million a day, not from horses.
