Have you tried hitting yourself hard with one of their whips on the legs with a pair of jeans on. You will hardly feel it,and the horses skins are thicker than a pair of jeans.

Years back they were leather….the stigma stays because it doesn’t look good on the eye

So maybe they are thinking to themselves I hate racing,so why not ban Horse Racing altogether if thats how you think.

IMO the whip rules here are too harsh,yes there have to be rules but I think they are now too harsh.

If Jim Crowley on Hukum kept to the precise rules the horse may not have won,so would you rather a jockey keeping to the precise rules not win a race it could have won.

but , how many other sports can you blatantly ignore the rules and still walk off with the prize ?

the winning jockey of the big race overdone it tonight and got a days ban
