Where can I find track records for each uk track ?

Highlight any Course - On the Stats line is -'Course Records'

You would need to do each Racecourse individually ... unless somebody can come up with anything else.

track records on 'different' tracks with 'different' ground from 1987, really??

You can find the last 5 years course fastest course times on the At The Races website:

https://www.attheraces.com/course-guides

Then just choose your course and the choose 'Top Times'.

Just had a look at the ATR site recommended by Tiger Tiger, specifically Epsom has all bar one fastest time set on the same day, 1st June 2019, or Anthony Van Dyck's Derby Day.
