Try laying 4 horses per race and you'll go skint within a week. Try backing 4 per race and you either win small or some random no form drifter wins so you'll also go skint.
80% of my profit comes from races where either a) I know the fav is a megacert, or b) the fav is an absolute clown. The other races are a circus.
Like that clown Eddie Temple, why did that raggy fav steam? Because of Hugh?
