Unfortunately you would not get the same offers. Costs in betting shops are significantly higher, proportionally, than they are for an internet company - they would fail miserably. Just look at the number of UK shops Paddy has closed.

Of all the accounts I miss 365 one the most by the proverbial.

They wouldn't want shops, overheads too high, concessions would kill their GP. They would struggle to make them pay

I thought the whole origin story of 365 was spotting that online was the way to go and selling the shop chain to fund the online startup?

@SlippyBlue - I'm with you on that. It took them about 18 years to realise that I had taken nearly 20 grand off them. They were the best as far as I was concerned - oh well, it was only a question of when and not if I suppose!

@FOYLESWAR - oh, I hadn't realised that they had stopped doing BOG the night before. Also, according to my social racing friends, they haven't given out any free £5 bets for ages now. My account was heavily restriced last September. I'm sure I'm one of many on here who are in the same position.

Still the one and only account you will ever need. Years ago, I said I could teach anyone how to make a profit from a 365 account in an hour or two. Still applies. The art is in declining the easy singles and keeping the account.
