True, but I can just about remember the time when there wasn't a million race meetings before Royal Ascot, and you also didn't need to think about whether all-weather form would translate because there wasn't any. There were also one or two decent jocks and absolutely no need for endless cheerleaders. Those were the days.

dd - Differentials heavily driven by all-weather and evening racing. 160odd flat meetings between the Lincoln and Royal Ascot in the sixties

Not the first one - Haydock have had three 7F races already, the first one on May 26th for fillies.
