decent looking renewal of this oaks trial and infinite cosmos the fav well bred and a very promising debut btn sh by sea of roses who had the advantage of a run and no suprise if the stoute horse proves too good here but she is short enough imo. novakai is clear on the ratings by about 9 pound and has very solid form from last season and tipped up by sir hugh . gather ye rosebuds hacked up on debut by near 10l but this is very different conditions and i like to take on this type . i like a few here and SOUL SISTER won on her debut in a decent looking division of a maiden at donny battling on well despite greenness finished last in the fred darling but that was on very heavy ground so i am happy to put a line though that by frankel and stepping up markedly in trip she appeals from a yard that have won this numerous times frankie up and a double figga price she could outrun her odds .
empress wu is interesting and a taking winner on her debut when drawn widest at lingfield over this trip the yard have won this before with a similar type in madame chang just the yards form and lack of exp put me off might be worth a small saver though as she looked usefull.

Foyles what can I say... thank you. Backed Soul Sister at Newbury and run was hard to forgive, but just read this thread in time as considering Infinite Cosmos but drift was putting me off.
Coming round to your line of thinking; concentrate on outsiders in these races as really does appear to be a lottery race to race(at this time of the year). I missed the 50/1 the other day, but this weekend a Sunday roast lamb on the table.

well done storm a, happy if i put ya on a winner i was a bit late putting them up as i was waiting for a bigger exchange price but it didnt really get there but happy with around 26 and also got around 9/2 3 to be placed as well so not complaining .
Just checked my statement and I did get on at 14 to one .....nice ! .... Wasn't showing on open bets....may have been settled !

Well done 'Foyles'! Seldom catch Gosden at 18/1. Have you backed her for the Oaks? She's only 5/1, skinny though.
no didnt back her for the oaks and as you say bit short now so wont ,gotta have a big chance now tho !

I can still remember vividly when Rhododendron was a hotpot against Enable at a soggy Epsom, and we know what happened there. The former retired soon after whilst latter won 2 ARCs.
bad luck tatt i shoulda put the thread up earlier but was prob being greedy trying to get bigger prices on here was hoping for around 33s tbh , got 26 the win and 5.5 the place so that was near enuff plus the 20s with a few firms bfsp was a dissapointing 21 but there ya go. the dante tommorow looks tempting and has a nice open look about it hopefully find something at a decent price good luck..
I'll leave her alone. A similar one of Gosden ie So Mi Dar did not show up at Epsom or Ireland after winning this race impressively due to an injury. Post injury she stuck to 10f.
more cracking racing today at york and elsewhere and hopefully some value to be had .
Brilliant Foyles , I have been tellin my mate that I make White Birch just about the jolly here (on various formlines ) and I am backing it at 16.5 on the machine (yesterday ) , so heres hoping for a similar result .
