they're writing songs like"What'll we do when Willie's gone"and"A world without Willie"...and he's joining in on them...some life of drink and substances..anyone who was invited into the tour bus got high just being there

Seem to remember in the early days he looked more like an advert for Brylcreem...until the change of style.

When he was with the Highwaymen, he looked by far the oldest but two of his ccomrades (Jennings and Cash) have departed this world some 20 years ago!

Seen Willie live about 30yrs ago and remember thinking then "probably last time Ill see him as hes really old"
