Just ban the trainer and jockey for at least a month; a monetary fine is not sufficient deterrent. Us punters are sick of horses not running up to their merit.
Until I see a major Irish Flat and Irish Jump trainer subject to a ban for non-trying I'll continue to avoid Irish Racing as much as I can. |

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Pairc Na Ngael, trained by C.Byrnes, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal. Samples were taken for analysis.

Talk all you want about C Byrnes, but Nicky Henderson is every bit as good as him, with what i just saw there at Plumpton with Queens Rock 5/4 this morning and 4.77 on here BSP and ran accordingly, how is that much different to what Byrnes is doing and NO big forum discussion about ..........
