I asked for some money to be sent back from ladbrokes / I was told I need new ID / I am 80 yrs old and housebound now . So I don't have photo Id - I sent Council tax bill and NI on Tax form but neither any good - Have no idea what I must do now

Something that sums up the general bookmaking industry. For years your deposits were instant but your w/drawls could take 2....3.....4 days to hit your bank. Then a law came in saying that bookmakers were no longer allowed to offer the "reverse withdrawal" facility and magically you now get your w/drawls back into your bank either immediately of certainly within a few hours, so you can re deposit and crack on.

The public face of bookmakers caring about problem gamblers is a crock of disingenuine ****.
