Did anyone not noticed the line of bikers from deliveroo, just eat, ect queueing at the back entrance to Buckingham Palace? I thin the King and Queen will have a stiff drink after going to the men's and ladies' prior.

Onlooker - My forum name (and nickname) is because my first name is the same as the King who had six wives, as well as his many forerunners. Us Irish are not very inventive when it comes to monikers...

Can't see much at Goodwood and would be a right laugh if visibility was as bad for the Coronation. Laugh

Onlooker - I have nearly been driven to it on occasions. Right, enough of this pomp and ceremony. Winners and losers to be found.

She is studying at St Andrew's University, and will be particularly appreciative of the horses due to her interest in Carriage-Driving"

At least in this day and age we do not have the whole street gathered around a couple of TVs in a few of our wealthier neighbours houses.

Stop taking the mickey! Coronation is a solemn occasion. History cannot be changed.

Very true. Most modern types weren't expecting that. A High Church Anglican service, so similar in format and tone to a Catholic Mass.
