Is this new policy? I thought pre-off bets normally stood when race not turned in play.

Betfair is judge and jury, and The Exchange is a kangaroo court.

ive said from day 1 that if theres any interuption to a market then all bets on that market should be void..never ever has till today

Presumably they have voided them all and will re-introduce bets pre-off time.

weird, they usually only void i/r bets & let pre-race bets stand

They should honour all bets matched before the winner hit the line.

It's odds on I'm going to lose £956 over the rest of the day and get affordability-checked.

Surely they can't cancel pre off time bets. They've never done so before and there is no reason to do so.
