Wakey wakey...

They did. Right after the finish line. Utter muppets.

so do those bets stand after it went IR?

Loads of trading for quite some time after the race had finished!

Nicked a few quid
No doubt be cancelled

You could back Beenham at 1.1 after watching it win on betfair tv !

2nd,the fav, was still evens in the place market for quite a while after the line
Where does this money come from?
IE... Is it the bot laying by mistake?

Couldn't work out what was dafter. Putting it in-play after the finish or the money available all over the place!

Guess this explains the BSP of 2.5 then when I just looked!

All IR cancelled...

Almost all pre-off too by the looks of things!

Voided here
Even the genuine one I had after 2 furlongs

How can they void pre-off bets, joke

Is this new policy? I thought pre-off bets normally stood when race not turned in play.

Betfair is judge and jury, and The Exchange is a kangaroo court.

ive said from day 1 that if theres any interuption to a market then all bets on that market should be void..never ever has till today

Presumably they have voided them all and will re-introduce bets pre-off time.

we await..

This

My pre-race lay of the 2nd is listed under Voided - Open Markets. Christ knows whether that means it will be reinstated.

weird, they usually only void i/r bets & let pre-race bets stand

They should honour all bets matched before the winner hit the line.

It's odds on I'm going to lose £956 over the rest of the day and get affordability-checked.

Surely they can't cancel pre off time bets. They've never done so before and there is no reason to do so.

@BetfairCS
Hi, we're aware of the issue & our teams are working to resolve it as soon as possible.

Restoring it now

Now my lay has been debited from my account.  Does this mean they are going to settle these?

Of course they are

By the way, thanks to rico for actually raising the issue with Betfair, rather than just moaning on here, like me and the rest of us.

No bet voided
