Not for long, I'd guess. The heaven's opened. If prolonged will have significant impact on 2000G and 1000G.

Prosser watered when thunderstorms were clearly forecast Friday and Saturday. Now your looking at a soft ground guineas with horses walking home. When are the BHA going to stop Clerks constantly watering when the ground was only  Good to Firm , good in places.... There was absolutely no need to water on Thursday night with rain clearly in the forecast Idiotic

Biggest bet ever tomorrow, Aidan's two horse are s ofar ahead of the rest in the guineas , every winning bet for the last 3 weeks has been going on the reverse forecast.
Rodin will lead going into the bushes, Big Bear will take it up a furlong out and Roden  will cut the deficit back to a length at the line, with the pair 5 lengths clear...happy days!

One of the reasons why I'm a complete convert to AW racing. And with the quality of AW racing getting better all time. We need more AW tracks IMVHO Grin

Quite apart from my loyalty to the yard and the colours, I listened to Sir Michael Stoute's head lad on Luck on Sunday. They have Nostrum for Juddmonte and when asked about plans, he said we are going to France because Andrew Balding's horse is just special. Not often a big stable says that about someone else's horse. So watch out for Nostrum at Longchamps.

I do wonder if we'll ever again see a race of public interest run on ground with "good" in the description.

Is that two £1 bets then for you sageform?

Correct but more on the first winner that I can't spell without checking. I missed the one at Goodwood though. Dream season so far for the yard.

The yard averages about 3.25 mln per calendar year on the flat and are 1.07 mln so far with 1/3rd of the year completed, so they are on track for an average year.

So you lied on the other thread about reducing your stakes from £2 to £1 so you didn't lose so much money each year, hard to imagine what number you cannot spell, if your normal stake is £1?
By:

When: 06 May 23 18:22
Once in a while I might stretch it to £2-4 but the default is £1. Chaldean was £1 ante post and another £1 this morning, both at 9.

How can you compare the first 4 months of the year with the second 4 months when there is about 5 times as much prize money on offer!
