yahoo games. yahoo chat..those were the days

Anyone remember the golden days of yahoo games and chat?? Both absolutely brilliant communities , the games had a super rating system and were absolutely free. The chat rooms covered every subject under the sun and were great also. Then, out of the blue, they all closed. Probably because yahoo weren't making any money. But those first ten years of the internet, maybe fifteen, when yahoo had these services it was great.
