7f maiden and the hannon horse the fav and form looks strong from last season he sets the standard and has been gelded since odds on and should be hard to beat here , eden storm a promising debut at southwell in what looked a decent looking novice stakes and didnt get the best of runs should improve but short enough imo. wall game had a progressive profile and could pose a threat here after a decent run in 3rd in a kempton maiden no suprise if any one of the 3 wins this but one who could run well is PEARLY STAR who showed a bit on debut over c&d a few weeks ago running on and closing at the line not knocked about yard in decent form and should improve ,just the 33/1 looks too big imo and a small stakes ew /win and place on here .b365 each way extra 4 places 18/1 looks fair imo. an alarming drifter all day gives concern and could be this is just out for a run out the back to get a mark who knows but i have had a crack at big prices and you dont have to lay much out . selection PEARLY STAR 33/1 EACH WAY BIGGER ON HERE OR 20/1 EACH WAY EXTRA 4 PLACES B365 .GOOD LUCK OPINIONS ENCOURAGED .
good luck xmoney , as said the drift is worrying but i just thought the price was too big for one who didnt run tooo badly at all on debut. owned by the micheal owen racing club you would have thought it would have attracted a bit of support ,its prob one for another day but its big odds and hopefull rather than confident what with the drift .we will see .

Maybe the market is viewing the jockey booking as a negative on yours Foyles, with Andrew Elliott having his first ride (I think) for Hugo Palmer. He did pick up the odd ride for the Johnstons last season, but Micky Hammond provided him with most of his rides (20) in 2022.
I would describe Elliott as a quiet, sympathetic rider, but if the horse is good enough, I'm sure he can get it home.
No view here, though I did notice the market weakness and negative ride (imo) considering the track and opposition on Valkyrian's stable debut at Chelmsford in January, given she came over from Ireland with a 77-rating. She did make some late-headway though from a hopeless position. Been off since and weak enough again in the betting so far today, but it will be interesting to see what the market vibes are closer to the off and what sort of ride she gets this time.
