Unfortunately - You cannot Slow the Speed down

Looks like it comes from well above the saddle - Maybe a piece of polystyrene, or similar, off a blanking out banner of a sponsor's name on the front of the jockeys' silks?

look at the way it bounces when it hits the ground, suggests it had a bit of weight about it.  surprising that wouldn't show up when he weighed in.

Some fashion of friction or compression pad to protect the hoss most likely.

Would A LIGHT item - such as a piece of polystyrene, or similar, not - "bounce"

Whereas - A Lead Weight - would probably land with a Thud - and simply stop there, surely not - "bounce"

Anyway - Don't Lead Cloths have Brown Leather Pockets (for the Lead) - and straddle the horse - like a saddle - so equal weight can be put in each side.

Think it was something to do with sponsorship - a similar white thing came off a few days ago and they daid that was what it was (I was watching a bookies stream so they pointed it out, ruk/atr maybe didn't bother)

Ignore that, it was def heavier than the thing the other day.
