What is the point of this? It looks like a ludicrous box ticking exercise.
The black community has very little connection to horse racing, and likely never will do. This will change nothing in that respect. |

An embarrassment of a day. Are there any plans in Racing's leadership for this in 2024 ?
Poor Stephen deserved better than this excruciating day. |

I look forward to the 'community' leading with their Rigby day

Didn’t this Stephen sort receive justice anyway?
From what I recall 2 guys remain in jail, or have on;y recently been released. So what’s the fuss about? |

So?
Did he gain justice of not? https://www.theguardian.com/world/2023/apr/09/britain-not-close-to-being-a-racially-just-society-finds-two-year-research-project Recent report on racism in UK, if you read it you will find it’s not compared against the best comparable country (since we are perhaps the best) but infact leveraged against an impossible utopia. Also it does mention at all the racism that whites receive from minorities. Look what we have today, think tanks and woke inspired quangos jumping all over singular words that individuals believed they heard said of them over a decade ago. One after another institution have been made to believe racism only goes one way and that it’s solvable by imposing thought crimes. Wrong, racism is just another term for tribalism and is ingrained in the gene, you won’t get that out. |

There will of course be plenty of people who argue they arn’t racist.
But if you look at the criteria of assessment newly created to determine ‘micro aggression’ you will see even unconscious bias is counted. It’s just a degree of scale, but everyone is racist whether they intend to be or not. |

If people bother to look at that recent report on racism in Britain published by the Guardian they will see significant disparities that fester in the minds of the left.
Although it doesn’t outright blame white people as the instigators of racism, it does categorise amounts of collective racism by ethnicity and because whites are in the majority and hold most of the substantial roles by average it implies it is they who are the cause. Yet blacks receive racism that adds to the collective by Asians, Asians themselves are racist against fellow Asian origins, all manner and means of variance adds to the whole, all assumed to have been whites racists against them, when whites had no part in it. And what of these inherent racial stigmas? Indians fighting with Pakistanis or Caribbean’s fighting with North Africa origin Muslims. Or even third gen Pakistanis who hold deep seated racist views against white people? The people who come here don’t come here to live with white people, they come here to take advantage of what that majority-white people created, while holding such beliefs until they have enough support, either by liberal lefties or a greater number from heritage countries to then impose those beliefs at the detriment of the indigenous. |

They should do away with Racism, its name calling, as soon as people realise they're going to get a few ££££££
for being called a name the reports go through the roof. I'd rather the police deal with real crime |
