lol...ive long thought this is a scam . maybe some old films from a shut down course spruced up . possibly the same horses switched around until they are tired out . has anyone seen a crowd there ?...i might test them out by joining as a member next year . think they have recipricols at phoenix park , tralee and folkestone .

The answer to the original question is 'bit of both'. The race I suspect you watched was restricted to horses bred in Oklahoma, not exactly a hot bed of leading studs. So the horses are very moderate and a lot of them are owned by the local people that bred them.

thats hardly a valid comparison. they are bred and trained for speed and dirt is mde for it. and getting out and away is prized as it avoids the orrible kickback and its usually very attritional and the last one wiv any legs is the one that prevails
none of this riding a race malarkey. pity they ever put down dirt-it was an anti-colonial thing apparently but i doubt you would do it now if starting off. the casualty rate is indefenible
