This 2.30 maiden is pretty diabolical, can well understand why Starman is Fav and Bocelli's Voice 2nd fav but i wouldn't want to take short prices against either. Starman looked a typical horse having a day out at the races lto, held up last before moving smoothly through the field before still looking green 2 out and finding not a lot, will improve and could well win a poor race like this but at 6/4 i'll give it a miss.
Prefer a couple of EW bets on the Dooly brothers O Faolains Lass who shaped promisingly lto before a couple of poor jumps put paid to her chance but not beaten far with the fav for the 3.40 Shean Glory just over 4 lengths in front of her.
Other horse i'd give an EW chance to would be Unheralded who ran best race so far when 5th over C/D lto, travelled well on just 4th run and only 4 1/2 lengths behind Mister Twist at the line but i thought travelled easier most of the way and should improve.

What a joke of a race, strung out like washing, think i may have got 3rd but awful race to watch.
Agreed but I thought the 7 lb claimer judged it well. Wouldn;t be scared to bet his in the future when fancied.
3.40 2m H'cap.
Hopeful of a better run race in this h'cap, Shean Glory looks the rightful Fav and looks sure to run his race and be involved at the finish, but wouldn't be the greatest surprise if Kate ill Know gets closer today, ran well for a long way on her return after 16 months off when 22 lengths behind Shean Glory over C/D, won her maiden here and is reunited with Brian Hayes who rode her on 1st 3 runs, has a 9lb pull with the fav and hopefully will get a lot closer today. I see some tipster has put up Mcmanus horse Do Whatever expecting it to improve greatly on its 1st 3 runs when well down the field.
Other interesting horse to me at least is Stellify who has a series of duck eggs over hurdles but did win over 1m on heavy ground on flat over 1m4fs and ran a good race at Galway at the end of season, hopefully will run better than has so far over hurdles but dropped back to 2m today should help.

Usually I'm there Stewarts but heading home from Thurles on Sat only for a deer to jump out and collide with my car which now needs repairs still drivable but not taking a chance on such a long journey , Clonmel is a tough place to back winners and todays card is no exception good luck with your punting..
Ground must be really bad the 3m stayer won for Rothwell, again got 3rd with Kate.
