Just had a thought about their teams logistical efforts this past week. He must have run circa 70 horses in 28 different races. His office secretary must have had a mountain of entry paperwork and loads of ferry travel to book organise. It looked faultless and seamless on tv. Well done to all his back room staff.

Some of his later in the week runners were stabled at Aintree before coming down on the day
I heard WIllie say that Galopin Des Champs had come down from Aintree, maybe Aintree facilities are better than Warwick?
Because there are no ferries that terminate in Warwick?
I'm only guessing, but Liverpool would make sense on that basis.
