I always oppose her short priced favourites and my wallet indicates a profitable exercise. Most of the time her horses cannot run two races the same, no consistency at all.

Another Williams favourite ran like a drain, in this case after two impressive wins. Tailed off last jumping the pond fence and ran on for fourth through tired horses that had actually tried.

Flowing Cadenza - was up 10 lbs to 117, and going up two classes. The class 2 race it won before the last win, was off 99, and only a race for mares.
Easy as That was up 9 lbs, going into a Class 1 Grade 3, from class two.
Both horses appear to be too high in the handicap.
Is that the trainer's fault for placing them too well when they're ready to win, or the jockey's fault for winning too far?

Posted many times on here that I have followed her for about 20 years plus Scaled back my bets on her horses the last week or so because something is clearly wrong Has always been a streaky trainer though, usually associated with a spell of heavy going Only got to go back to December 3rd when she had 4 winners on a Saturday across 3 meetings

Flowing Cadenza had won a C2 by 8l two races earlier. Easy as That, was up in grade, but finishing last beaten 14.5l was a poor effort.
No surprise to me which is why I often lay her horses when fav (no consistency, except they often get beaten when fav). It's probably more to do with market over reaction, than anything the trainer is doing, although only 29% of her horses have run to form recently; 17 losers on trot (ave SP 10/1).

Have never ever worked her out. When I back them they run poorly, ignore them and they beat mine. She always interviews terrifically though, as if she can be trusted.

there was a thread up in December informing us of the riches to be had following her, i said at the time no chance, she is very clever works the system like yesterday improving horses can carry weight but if it won again would go up more so why would she blow it and its the wrong price, do yourselves a favor its fine missing her winners because long term you will save money and all the frustration following a nine bob note trainer imo

know all - I think that previous thread, acknowledged that following her blind is a very fast train to the poorhouse. The point of it was (iirc) that her winners, when they come, (if they come!),they come like buses and there can be some merit in well timed, small stake multiples.
That said, this calendar year I think she has landed one (same day) double and zero trebles. So you are correct!

The Management, that's exactly what I do when she has runners, small stakes multiples The 4 timer on December 3rd paid roughly 10 grand to a pound acca at best odds So, that covered quite a few losing days

Reg - I believe I highlighted that they come along like buses (just prior to the event) on the other thread (I may be wrong and I can't be @rsed to trawl for it!) - anyway, I suggested small stake multiples were the way to play her. Of course, I didn't bet them though!

Found it Reg! - from a "discussion" I was having with the forum genius (FartOnYerFace) - she then landed the the 5,576/1 four-fold (at Industry SP) two weeks later!

I agree with Jackboo and sageform. When the winners do come, they will probably come along like buses, so small stakes win multiples (doubles and trebles) are the best way to catch her imo.

Red letter day when Houi Cherie went in a 6/4 favourite, quite a shock. BUT normal service resumed when Jolly Nellerie the 4/6 favourite got stuffed in a two horse race in its first race for Williams (had looked progressive in France)
