You can’t possibly say Townend is the best riding at Cheltenham ffs…..99% of the riders all win on point and shoot material

A poor excuse for a jockey (IMHO)

Looking at the NH able for all jockeys that have won a minimum of 10 races, only one is above him for % wins (Paddy Brennen 28% v Harry Cobden 29%)

@onlooker

"When did a Jockey last Win a race without a Horse underneath him?"

And when did a horse win without having a jockey or rider?

Blackmore for me.

On a gambling forum a jockey is only as good as his/her last ride.

I think that we have some very talented young lads coming over this year, and I think they are the future. M.O'Sullivan will be riding for Barry Connell on a few really well fancied ones and Jordan Gainfort will be riding for Gordon both these lads are worth a watch . I can see them fighting out a few finishes during the festival, you have been warned...

If by some chance the Grim Reaper crept up on me and challenged me for my life...
Like what happened to Max Von Sydow in the Seventh Seal...
And offered me a novice hurdle full of unraced maidens to find the winner....
Without a moments thought I would back Rachael Blackmore in Ireland or Bryony Frost in the UK..
And thats just the way it is.

Does anyone honestly need to see the Cheltenham final result to see Townend is not only currently but for a good while the best NH jockey riding?
