Yeah its a time stamp they go with. Same thing happened this time last year.

Perhaps time for Betfair to ditch a good portion of the in-play markets on a Saturday afternoon. No point having 500 football markets in-play if you can't bet on anything.

Poor customer service , (no surprise there ) , you have to hunt down information ,no explanation for what happened,
then no offers of compensation for customers affected , such as free £10 bet. They send customer surveys out , I can't believe any one rating their Customer Service as even adequate.
