Tried to cash out for a moderate loss at HT, but denied by their useless site crash. Now there's been are card in the game just after the restart, and the cash out opportunity is gone.

How so Trident? If a market was open and bets placed, then that market cannot be accessed, surely all bets on the market are voided?
Any winning bets voided, losing bets stand.

As were the Casino and Games .... So it must have been bad
then no offers of compensation for customers affected , such as free £10 bet. They send customer surveys out , I can't believe any one rating their Customer Service as even adequate.
