They changed it to opt in the last time it wasnt paid on sportsbook, so opted in yesterday and it said accepted had a 4 horse multi 4 trebles 1 acc short ones, they all won miracle i know, got paid out but no free £10 bet again, its annoying having to go to help and live chat again, do you think its done on purpose, its not right really is it

I saw it advertised and as I was doing a multiple, I clicked on it and it said it didn't apply to me 
Not sure if it’s relevant to your situation but there were a few t &cs apart from the opt in.minimum odds on qualifying bet & cash out nullifies bet to name just two
maybe used single customer view to identify if you've been gubbed by any another operator. and if so pulled the plug on any freebies.

If the OP had done the acca with someone else I suspect he would have got a lot more than another tenner.
update got hold of them yesterday on live message i was told i need to provide identity and photo ect i said had a account 21 years she said we cant give you the offer until you provide it thats the rules so not are they ripping you off its fraud lol will argue after cheltenham as want to keep account but i will go to complain to the gambling commission as they must be catching hundreds a week conning people its just not right, not the money the principle, its on again today will try but take screen shots, i do multiples sp on sportsbook it pays better multis generally
Surely you’re on 2% commission? If so you’re not entitled to any to concessions on Sportsbook.
