I say should because I assume the see nothing Stewards didn't do anything.
Very strange. He makes an effort from the last, only to stop riding in the final strides to lose the place. Anyone on that horse for fourth has lost money that should never have been lost. Only the punter suffers with the jock getting away scot free.

Happens all day every day and if pulled in the jocks will make an excuse up like horse felt like it was going wrong or it took a wrong step or something and this will be accepted.
