He was annoying me at that particular time (just way too many posts/threads). We had a bit of a falling out. During the course of that, he said that I didn't even bet and was potless, the usual schoolboy stuff from both of us tbf.
He challenged me to prove that I did bet - I produced some bets - he very predictably but quite rightly pointed out that these things can be easily forged, edited, etc. At the time Man City were trading at sub 1.10 in the outright market to win the EPL - so he challenged me to put up a £5,000 bet on them at 1.25 iirc. I refused until he agreed that if I did, he would try sticking to one thread in future. I then put my £5k up at the odds he suggested. Sure, You can now call me a gimp etc for complying - It proved nothing (except that i had more than £5k in my account at the time) - but it took me 10 seconds and it cost me nothing. I have ask you to do something similar (many times now), because i think you are a potless mug, yet despite the fact that you are absolutely seething and you loathe me, you still haven't done it - because as we both know you are a potless mug. |
