I've had a look at this race and having read all the form apart from White Rhino's I thought there must be something in the field to make it a lay. Hard to find one tbh but White Rhino's last four SP's have been 28/1, 100/1, 250/1 and finally 33/1.
Given the opposition I think it could go in again as it's once again in a trip it seems to like. Early markets at present but one could easily get involved in the four place market which the bookies now have to pay out on the first three. Convenient...
That aside it is once again the second time it's running in a class 5.

If you look the majority of bookmakers are still paying first 4 at a 5th, as they have been for donks in fields like this.

if you'd had a look at White Rhino's form in his last race, he himself would've been hard to find as the winner as he'd been given the traditional quiet 3 runs over shorter distances to gain a low rating and then bolt up on handicap debut.
that initial rating was pretty low and he is running off not much higher today so unless something like himself is lurking in the shadows with hidden ability, he should win again today as the horse he beat lto had already won a race by 29 lengths ! |

3 runs in better grade at shorter trips, looks like it was plotted up for a mark at first glance stewy, except it drifted from 13/2 to 33/1 when it won. They either didn't know or backed it with stealth.

Trainers rep said regarding the apparent improvement in form, that gelding was a slow maturing type and had improved for a step up in trip t 2m4f. WHITE RHINO was making his handicap debut after a small break. He progressed markedly for the longer trip and better ground, running out a ready winner from a basement mark, He should remain competetive when reassessed and is likely to stay further, plus jump a fence when the time comes.

Rewritten more accurately should read..... Ran down the field for 3 runs explaining reason for exorbitant odds , showed marked improvement to win on its HANDICAP DEBUT off BOTTOM WEIGHT , oh and maybe the step up in trip also helped , connections added it was a stroke of luck to step up in trip on the same run as the handicap debut off bottom weight. Started 75 odds last time out , i remember it well |

Yes most of these are very exposed. Only one i could see as a 'lurker' is Monaghan Boy for Hammond. Handicap debut on better ground today.
