We all know: That bookmakers are using affordability to stop horse racing punters to bet. Unless your clueless!
This was a terrible interview by Snooty who couldn't stop it going round in circles. It ended up being pointless.
As I have said before restrictions - an issue no debated - is far more important than affordability checks. What's the point if you get past that barrier and then face ridiculous restrictions. That's the discussion that is needed.
