Looks like - The Racing Post have published/Printed the Jackpot and Place pot Pools the WRONG way around...

Placepot €504.20 to a €1 stake. Pool: €11,682.30 - 16.22 winning units

Even so - an SP Bet on the Jackpot races (assuming that they were races 1 to 6) - would have Returned around 4,800 Euros - as opposed to the Jackpot Pool paying just over a TENTH of that.
I have often noticed the abysmal Jackpot Dividends at Irish meetings - and wondered just who in their right mind ever has a Jackpot Pool bet in Ireland given -
1. The usual Massive field sizes - and 2. The consequent mediocre to Minimal Pools.
