On the right of the betfair address bar the third-party cookie icon looks like an eye. If it has a diagonal line accross it is blocked, click on it and it gives you the option of unblocking it.

Thanks guys but not clever enough to sort it out. Betfair help doesn't help at all. Probably need new tablet.
