After seeing the 'silly' stories in the press like the recent related bets example, surely cases like this one are the ones that should be getting run in proper press stories...?

The GC fined a company today for exactly this, so if they knew what corals were doing this "with Corals the punter will not be paid till he provides proof of funds.." as a matter of course, they should fine them as well.

HI guys and gals just got in after full day sat having a nice glass of merlot after a nice homemade spicy meatball pasta, should have been at prestbury park today sad to say no trains north of York today put a block on that. regarding my op the situation is like the poxy train strike nobody is budging the guy will not give his proof of funds and the company will not pay out till he does.as Olly said thats another fine me we are in.

one presumes it was made crystal clear to him, before he placed the bet, that the bet would only be honoured if he could provide proof of funds ....
if not, it would appear you have perhaps moved the goalposts. in your favour. of course. |

as Steve Says NO SHOP , tell the manager ,you will be back and want full payment or all the screens are Going in . was managing a shop Bloke had a bet on Bank holiday Meeting not covered No pics or Comm . bet was placed 2 mins after off time , I checked the officail off time Bet was actually on 1 min after off time , Bloke wanted his Dosh , I said bet was on late ,He said if I don't get paid the Screens are going in was a big geezer , I rang security ,I said got a bet a minute Late ETC ETC Blokes going crackers, Im paying him ,Their reply was is it Blackmail ,I said No I rang Just incase you w@nkers happen to pick the bet up , was a 3 mile chase at a small track , the poor fooker had been punting all afternoon  Fookin scum and I worked for them , I only rang so as it was noted ..Think it was 40 quid on at 9-4 |
