Thats why Horse racing is in such a state,should have checked earlier,run by morons.Feel sorry for Trainers,owners,jockeys,and public etc.

COC saying its up to trainers jocks to sound alert, otherwise course and people who own look after track said it was fit to race

Hope the powers that be have a think about Ascot next weekend (with some of the Chelt races tagged on?). If the cold snap is only going to break on the Saturday, why not move it to Sunday, or the week leading up to Xmas, when there's nothing much on?
