Does not look good especially when the jockeys would rather be watching the football. Has clerk of course explained why this problem is only just coming to light less than an hour before first race?

Thats why Horse racing is in such a state,should have checked earlier,run by morons.Feel sorry for Trainers,owners,jockeys,and public etc.

Hope the powers that be have a think about Ascot next weekend (with some of the Chelt races tagged on?). If the cold snap is only going to break on the Saturday, why not move it to Sunday, or the week leading up to Xmas, when there's nothing much on?
