Premium Charge figures

Same here, being investigated. Happened before, usually resolved by now.

Premium charge has disappeared on my account details page happened few weeks ago anybody else having the same issue? Reported to customer services last still nothing Haven't paid it for a while, IMO I think it's deliberately been removed so people don't know how much there doing in or paying in commission am around 15k down since Royal ascot good job I keep good records

Hi there. No updates as of yet - our team who handle premium charge acknowledged this & that it has been reported by a few other customers. They're currently working toward a solution, but at the moment we haven't heard anything concrete. Apologies for how long this has taken but as soon as we have more information, we'll get back to you on that.

Mike B should be apologizing for imposing PC in the first place.

@boga, the PC portal disappears if your charges exceed 50% of your gross profit. The poor run that you mentioned might have caused that to happen.
