The world has certainly changed, nearly every TV program seems to have gay/lesbian presenters or guests these days hardly in proportion to the general populas i'd have thought.
It's hard to do equal representation when they're such a minority. In a show with 5 main characters, a gay couple is 40%.
A female teacher at a school local to me got suspended earlier this year for saying "good morning boys and girls."
She of course should have said, "good morning everyone. "
I absolutely loathe all this b.s. that has infested our world.
