I was on here when Betfair first started trading, and I've made a very comfortable living all these 25 years. Indeed, I recently bought a villa in Potugal, next to a famous golf course. Oh, I love it. It was paid for from professional betting on here.

To be a pro punter, factor what you would need to Qualify--(Profit from betting)
The sum of these 1. An average salary 40,000 (UK) 2. Ongoing costs per year, Office, 2 computers, Internet, Program subscriptions (Excel, Gruss etc..) Research material Etc... , Average total per year =Approx 4,000 Total profit needed to get net 40,000 =44,000 A 10,000 bank at 1% per bet =100(Uk) Size bets giving you a 100 bets. You would be a really good punter to make 10,000 Bank work, a moderately good punter would probably need a bank of 50,000 and reduce their bets to 0.2% of that figure. Still 100 pound bets You would be paying a premium commission and be in the 1% bracket of punters Can you do it year over year? Good luck to you if you can. no one makes money consistently on horses by studying the form. its a total nonsense. completely impossible. you may have a good year every 6 or 7 years bit its generally consistent losses.
for those that have inside info and can control their gambling, then its possible. |

i will not give you my staking plan you can make your own one up,but if you are really serious about making profit gambling' laying odds on teams playing away from home ,you will pick up 20 or 30 grand a season easily 'but creep before you walk.start off slowly
