Terms and conditions change re BOG on horse multiple bets, I've tried contacting betfair no joy said prob tech issue and open in browser , for the love of God why can't I just be able to simply do a SP multi , they changed the term any other site this is straight forward , can anyone advise

can't you just select SP in the betting slip for all your selections?
Why would you want to? I don't understand why anyone would be worse off with b.o.g.
I'm assuming he doesn't get BOG so doesn't want to take prices and couldn't see how to take SP
You can take SP but only using the Sportsbook website, this is not available on the Sportsbook App, why because they don't care about customers and haven't for a long time but you knew that already.
