Well it went to appeal, and it seems Paddy was still doing his best to ensure the spoils were shared, but alas the appeal panel upheld the decision of the stewards on the day.

any clown with eyesight can see piper slightly hampered knights salute jumping the last...so if its cost it an inch it rightly gets the race..
