Taking somebody in is not compulsory, why do you feel the need to make out that people that do take somebody in are stupid ?
The sense of satisfaction at changing somebody's life in their time of greatest need must be immensely satisfying.

Sorry to read that Slicer, but in fairness we have had the best the UK has had to offer, its been all down hill for the past 22 years, and its getting exponentially worse by the day. When any nation decides to take in all the worlds misery from every barbaric society you can think of it is destined to fail miserably, and we have. What we see now is the result of at least two decades of poor political decisions fueled by progressive liberal and ideology.

We have had scores of foreign students stay with us over the years. Most for a few weeks some 6 months and one over a year. Absolute pleasure to be around all bar one Russian lad who we couldn't wait to see the back of. 2 Russian girls delightful both named Svetlana. Japanese boy and girl totally charming. The rest mostly teens some adults totally respectful people from all over Europe. We have moved from a 5 bed to a 2 now so unfortunately no room
