LH - it's the "effort" on the 2nd, stablemate of the winner, that is at issue here. Whether a more rigorous ride would have seen it prevail we will never know. But that's the point.

Thanks paris - appreciated. I did watch the race but admit to not concentrating too much on the runner up who, on viewing the finish again, didn't appear to be overly exerted I agree.
