Ruby Walsh Having His Worst Pundit Day

To be fair at the time he was making 2 valiant points, just shows how stupid they can make you look at the end

If he got over Annie Power he won't give this a second thought.  And neither should we.  We all listen to and accept the absolute dross, drivel and girly giggles of that dolt Oli Bell, continually, repeatedly ad infinitum without murmur, not to mention soppy and woke Chamberlin, so can forgive Ruby for this error.  In my view.

I have given up early on a few horses I have backed. Cursing the jockey or trainer and then somehow it wins. Guess we all taste the egg at sometime.

Agree with Loyal. Ruby calls it as he sees it. No bulls... from him ever. We lucky to have his like. He was brilliant again the other day at Gowran Park.

I Don listen to any of them,they are not punters, they are pundits. They contribute nothing from a betting point of view.

I don`t think Ruby was alone with his two thoughts. Horses and gambling in particular can make one look a fool.

Chamberlain said it was 1000 in running, Betfair said it was 48!

Not his best day, but I overall he is worth listening to as calls it as he sees it.

Ruby has not ridden for or been involved in a UK yard for 5 years so I take much more notice of what he says about Irish racing these days. Not sure what he contributes to a meeting with only 2 Irish trained runners.

He contributes his vast experience of jockeyship.  What Irish, English or otherwise has to do with it is beyond me.

It was a good ride from the the jockey Coleman, to sneak back into the race and then get a run out of the horse.

So maybe he had a bad day at the office, who cares?

I like Ruby as a pundit. Wish more said it like it is as he does. Who cares if a selection don't come in??

His not scared to have an opinion rather than most who like the feel of splinters up their backsides!
