yes you should get paid 3 places 626, on line you will get paid 3 places no problem ,if the bet is with shops and there are 7 runners or less you may have problems when you go to collect ,their tills seem to have problems understanding the terms . a few years back i had a mlti ante post acca 2 winner and 2 places one leg was the champion chase 7 runners 3rd place and when i went to collect the computer in the tills said the bet was a loser 7 runners 2 places . after several phone calls from shop to head office i got paid .

Don't know why ante post still causes confusion ......
Punters can't have it both way so if their horse is pulled out they do their dough
Bookies can't have it both ways so they pay odds and place terms as and when the bet is placed and can't apply any rule 4.
Variance to above is a NRNB concession , then punters can't lose if pulled out as bookies stand that concession to attract business.
On the third point though the downside is the % over round , it can sometimes look like a telephone number.
Plenty of examples over the years of great value e/way ante post , no more so than the Arkle vs Mill House days when every other runner was virtually a rag and more than one example of 3 places paid in a 4 horse race , bookies not so sharp in those days but then again nor were the punters.
Negative move that has creeped into the modern era is bookmakers inserting a caveat say a week before stating that if less than 8 runners then place terms become 2 places at 1/4 odds , bad show that in my view as bookies should either offer ante post terms as we know them or else don't offer an ante post price at all.

Yes i'll stand corrected on that Sparrow , instead of sharp maybe mean or accountants would have been a more accurate description.
Maybe stand corrected on punters too as sharp minds not too evident these days , if as we're led to believe 98% of punters historically lose money then they couldn't have read the Einstein definition of insanity.
Good punting.

I would say good luck with Nubra Negra but that depends on whether i back anything else in the race, then you can have all the bad luck in the world.
