three weeks later we have spoke to traders they have got back to us everythings been paid out correctly complaint closed
two months later 18 emails later sincerely we apologise but due to miscommunication and a technical error we are pleased to tell you here is the 4 quid for the winning bet and also we have put a back up system in place so it will not happen again
and once again apologies for any inconvenience caused

I gave up with them over my match bet, could not be bothered with them, they will pay..
