Pity the guarantee does not apply to bets placed using Tote slips in shops.
Tote Kiosks or terminals on racecourses is the term in the conditions.
I fooled myself into thinking that a Tote Terminal machine in a kiosk type environment
at David Plucks was such.
Mighty confusing to see a tote return at £7 for a 6/1 winner and receive £4.80 for every
pound staked.
David Plucks to be fair to them have amended their rules , to clearly state this is the case.
What a great initiative it could have been.

available on-line, assumed it was from all mediums.
Not that I go in shops but I also assumed it would apply to all tote terminals no matter where they are. That seems quite an imprudent decision to me not to include the shops as well. Makes no sense.
if it goes through the machine all should count surely.
I have been reassured that it does apply in shops to all losing selections.
Are they trying to get you to bet directly into the pools to avoid paying the bookies commision?
