At just before 17:30 I received a phone call from a lady at Betfair and as she followed it up with an email to me a few minutes later. The contents of which is reproduced below.

To be fair,contacting CEO Jackson has solved very longstanding problems before. Montrachet was the first to contact him, with quick and effective action. Hopefully this will produce a similar satisfactory result. Good move top2rated.

In fairness the lady dealing with the complaint seems to be doing her best. I responded this morning to an email update she sent me on Friday and within a couple of hours of that she sent me the following message.

I can confirm that TSE Global are the Forum Moderators, and is actually run by our Social Team.
The actual Forum platform however is provided by a third-party and this is who we have raised your issue to. They have advised us last week they were looking into the issue however now I have taken over the complaint from my end, and will put pressure on them to get the issue resolved as soon as possible.
Unfortunately since they are the administrators of the Forum platform any changes like these do have to go via themselves, so it might take some time. However, as soon as I have a reply will be in touch with any updates I might have.
