IT BROKE AT 3.30 AM THIS MORNING.give the same message,but it corrected it self after 10 minutes.
Probably had to take it off-line due to 1000's of user on "live-chat" enquiring about all of todays c0ck-ups!

I wanted to alert someone because sadly if customers dont do this in numbers I think they would not notice that the sites k nackered that is how amateur the organisation is
I've got a massive position on Chelsea/ Villa correct score & the sites just gone down for me so I can't trade out IR. Will be difficult for me to forgive BF if I get done on this because I can't trade out!
I gave up on chat after I backed a horse eachway 8 places…finished 8th…didn’t pay out…guy on chat when into some long a rse explanation about how races with less than 16 runners is only 3 places eachway so I lost…after some persistence they got the trading team to check the bet and pay out…but f ark me.
This is cat,no point in sitting waiting for them to fix it.if they know the problem they would have said when they expected to fix it.

it is getting worse the virtuals has joined exchange and sportsbook as casualties now
It normally costs you money when the site goes down. Just the way it is.

in yesteryear we used to get a free commission day/meeting/race to compensate. not seen one of those lately, that's a virtual monopoly for you.
exchange is on they are settling bets but why on earth are they not taking the site down like they always do when fixing it, i can see this being a long outage

Finaly it works again, but for how long. I have decided to stop all trading and I will hope I can keep that promise.
Nothing here for the 6.50 race but the 7.20 is back up and seems fine.

Sorry I didn't reply to you earlier handtorofe, but I was elsewhere. Because of the outage it doesn't look like I'll be able to trade out. A traded option expert would describe my position as a straddle with one leg lifted & I'm running naked. Just looking up the train times to Beachy Head!
sportsbook is still down which makes me weary for stability prospects later so if you want a bet later get on now
For me it is also a matter of empathy. I really feel sorry for those, who got caught in the middle of trade and can't trade out witout a considerable loss.

doesn't make sense for it to keep crashing. you get someone in to fix it, thats it. this has been going on for years, imagine the uproar if you couldn't get money out of your bank, for 2 hours every saturday. it just wouldn't happen, it would be fixed.
