I gave up on chat after I backed a horse eachway 8 places…finished 8th…didn’t pay out…guy on chat when into some long a rse explanation about how races with less than 16 runners is only 3 places eachway so I lost…after some persistence they got the trading team to check the bet and pay out…but f ark me.
